  1. Refers to systematically arranging resources systematically within the scope of the project. Due to the unity of goals, multiple projects may use the same resource at the same time, or the same resource for several different project calls. This requires the reasonable allocation of a single project resources, from the perspective of the project group system, and reasonably allocate resources between different projects.
    The analysis of the understanding and characteristics of the project group definition above, we can see that the project group and the project have a large difference in connotation. Table 8-1 compares the two.
